分众传媒与新浪的合并案虽然宣告破产，中国户外数字媒体行业“大鱼吃小鱼”的游戏并未就此告一段落。中国户外数字移动电视广告运营商华视传媒宣布该公司将以1.6亿美元收购国内地铁电视广告运营商数码媒体集团（DMG）。同日，另一新媒体世通华纳传媒控股有限公司也对外宣布，已从巴士在线手中购得了广州市中心城区的公交移动电视垄断资源。 华视传媒成立于2005年4月，拥有中国乃至全球最大的户外数字移动电视广告联播网。而数码媒体集团（DMG）是目前中国最大的地铁电视广告运营商。 此前，DMG曾经做出上市努力，但是迟迟未有结果。 华视新任CFO陈廉义在接受《每日经济新闻》采访时说：“1.6亿美元是以现金和股份形式支付给DMG的股东，计划在2年之内分三次付清。” 整合后，华视传媒的户外数字移动电视广告联播网将与DMG的全国地铁电视广告网全面、完整地融为一体，覆盖中国30余个主要城市。 据易观国际发布的《2009上半年中国移动电视市场研究专题报告》显示，在公交移动电视企业市场排名中，2009年上半年，华视传媒在市场收入和终端数量上均排名第一，市场份额达50.7%。
